We serve our scratch made chimichurri inspired sauce on top, made with fresh parsley, capers and sherry vinegar. The result is a bright and flavorful dish that’s enhanced with rainbow baby potatoes roasted with fresh garlic and rosemary and roasted summertime roma tomatoes brushed with our scratch made basil infused oil.
