Japanese Beef and Mushroom Curry
This is NOT mama’s golden curry! We are bringing you Japanese curry like the ones made in Japan.
Scratch made, we caramelize onions low and slow to give this curry its nice dark brown color. We purée fresh apples and add it into the sauce to serve as a natural thickener while adding a nutritious light sweetness to the dish.
Our beef is Angus supreme and pressure cooked to yield a melt in your mouth texture. We like our curry with a bit of a kick so we made this one medium spicy.
Comes with shredded cabbage salad.
