Mapo Tofu is famous dish from the Sichuan province of China — known for their spicy flavors and delicious numbing sensation from Sichuan peppercorns. In our opinion, this is one of the most flavorful and delicious ways to cook tofu.
We make our version medium spicy and our creative Chefs used Impossible “Beef” a soy protein, so you won’t miss the meat. We finish the dish with a complex house made chili oil to give it a deliciously satisfying flavor. Enjoy with lots of rice!
