Shepherd’s Pie [Beef]
A delicious English classic – we opted to use beef instead of the traditional lamb. Our sauce is slowly simmered with ground beef, onions, peas, carrots & corn! We use a ricer to mill potatoes until they are super pillowy and light then fold in aged parmesan cheese and bake it golden brown. Served with a refreshing grilled corn, tomato and romaine lettuce salad.

*PRO – TIP* Carefully lift the cheesy potato topping and toast in the toaster/air fryer for 4-6 minutes at 300F for a crispy top! Heat the bottom separately for 50 sec. OR lid off, damp towel, reheat everything together for 2 min. Add 30 sec as needed.
